RACCOONS DON’T HAVE those built-in bandit masks for nothing, as Kentucky student Guy Williams can attest.
Williams told Buzzfeed that there is a raccoon that hangs around his college campus, and last night, he spotted it when he was out with some friends.
He started filming the raccoon and giving it acorns, when suddenly… It took the phone in its mouth and ran off.

The raccoon left Williams roaring ‘STANLEY’ (the name he had given the creature mere moments earlier. They were FRIENDS) in his wake.

Fortunately, the raccoon eventually dropped the phone in the grass and Williams was able to find it by ringing it.
The video of Stanley’s daring escape has been retweeted over 42,000 times, and Williams has had to assure everyone that no raccoons were harmed in the recovery operation:
